The apartment Clodia is on the ground floor of an independent villa nearby the country house
It has an independent entrance from a wide Veranda direct on the garden with a panoramic view through Castiglione della Pescaia and natural Reserve of Diaccia Botrona.
It’s composed from an equipped Kitchen with cooker with oven and hob, freezer and fridge, sofa bed, a rounded table and chairs and all that you can need to cook.
From a little access room you can enter in a double room and in the big handicap accessible bathroom with shower and phone with warm water always available thanks to a modern system of solar panel.
Otherwise there is a modern air conditioning system for the summer and an air fumance for the winter.
